Pros
If you are fresh out of school and need experience this will be a good starting job. Co-workers are nice and friendly. It's in a great location. There are benefits.
Cons
Everything that you do is tracked. All internet activity. All work emails are read by Dianne. If you are lucky enough to be "salary" you don't get any of the benefits of being a salaried employee. Serious micromanaging happens here and it and you start to question you own abilities. Raises are far and few between. Gossip happens a lot.
