      Strong culture, family like atmosphere Great benefits for company size (insurance almost fully funded, 401k) They treat tenured employees really well

      Remote work, so not as many in person events Some systems could be streamlined, but expected for company this size

      Exciting projects across the federal space. Good managers who recognize the need for time off and avoid burnout

      No progression path for certain positions but they try their best by paying for continuing education and training
