      Lots of opportunity to drive change which makes a real business difference, Many new technologies in play driving exciting chagne. Exec team have drive & energy to make a real difference & are not afraid of making tough decisions.

      Cons

      Workloads can be high whilst we navigate through a busy change agenda.

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
