      Pros

      Flexible, generous employer with a great culture. People are really nice and welcoming, and salaries and benefits are good. Very understanding around ways of working and flexibility.

      Cons

      Big company and it can take a while to get to grips with how everything works, but once you do it’s pretty straight forward.

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
