Pros
- Various employee voice channels - Excellent benefits package - For AXA Health - the intrinsic benefit of helping those in need - Transforming but keeping people at the heart of what they do - Many development opportunities depending on what interests you and your skillsets - Great teams to work with and employees working there
Cons
- Transformation and external influences have created a disruption which has influenced morale, but things like IT are going through that transformation to help make things better in the future, it's just riding the storm currently.
