      Pros

      Excellent career progression opportunities once you are in the door I've had 7 managers since being here and every single one has been fantastic A company that genuinely cares about it's employees, as evidenced by Covid response

      Cons

      Entry level roles often require an element of Customer Service. Harder for those without this skill/interest to get into the company Onboarding can be inconsistent across the company

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
