      Pros

      For a big company, they really care about their employees. The support they gave during the early days of the pandemic was second to none. My line manager is fantastic, and it is easy to see why there are so many long timers in the business. It seems to be a place where 99.9% of people are happy to be, and everyone is really kind and helpful when you are joining

      Cons

      Some of the IT kit could do with an update

      Pros

      Hybrid working Flexible but very talented and knowledgeable managers/management Going places Socially aware Great benefits and much much more!

      Cons

      Like any company growing and going through transition, change sometimes occurs without all the pieces being in place but I would add it’s not very often!
