      Fancy offices and nice coffee

      Cons

      They don’t pay ! They sometimes pay in cash sometimes in installments. Even when money gets deposited in their bank account- you must keep begging for your hard earned money eventually not to get paid. They owe me 6 figures. They can’t tell who I am because there are so many people who they owe 6 figures.

      The company encourages continuous learning which is crucial at any level for any position. There are various types of trainings, workshops that are provided. The management is open to try new ideas and the agents are open to learn and develop themselves which eventually is reflected in the outcomes.
