"Winning Together" - Inside Account Manager AWC Employee Review

Upper management made promises for big bonuses and a huge first year raise pending on a good review from my direct boss or "coach" to get me to leave my last place of employment to work for AWC. Plus a promise that I'd work from home full time. After glowing reviews from my coach every bonus recommendation etc was cut in half via upper management. Also, we are being made to come into the office again due to jealousy of co-workers that actually need to be in the office, and an "old-school" mentality by some of the upper management. Long story short get any promises for the future in writing on your offer letter before coming here. It also seems like there is a huge yearly shift of people coming and going here.
