Pros
AVX has a very dedicated and hard working staff. In addition, AVX has a very intelligent staff, where most of the management team care about their staff and want to see them succeed. Most of the managers treat people with dignity and respect; and, foster a positive work environment that creates growth opportunities, which benefit AVX.
Cons
The cons would be introverted/narcissistic managers at AVX who only care about their own success and careers, which are hurting the company and causing a lot of turnover. In addition, managers at AVX who like to micro-manage, talk-down and disrespect their employees. I wouldn't recommend anyone to work in the Credit Department at AVX - STAY AWAY. Introverted/Narcissistic managers are the reasons why AVX gets such low company ratings. I would have given AVX "4" stars, but chose to give "2" stars due to the previously mentioned reasons.
