Salary is no where close to industry standards. Worst place to work as a fresher and no career growth. Projects are not managed properly! You have to serve a 3 years of bond and bond amount is too high (3.6 lac when I worked) and very less perks are offered to you. Managerial style is way outdated. HR and Higher management is depressing. In and out of office is restricted.
