Pros
work on your own as if you are running your own store. Management is not breathin down your neck. I like a job well done. It can be accomplished if you kiss the right butts. (Not my style) The dining people are awesome. We have fun, cause we are all in the same boat. If we were truly appreciated for all our hard work...we would be compensated. But we go through the motions in hope that one day... it will be within avi's budget to compensate us accordingly.
Cons
communication seems to be an annoyance. This should be a positve thing.The more you do...the more the company expects.Heck I was promised a gas card for a reference and they claim it wasnt on the paperwork.I was told I could be a superviser once the building took off.I even worked in another department for less money than what they were starting new hires at. I am not stupid. So I will just do what I can to make things better. I keep my chin up and hope to be recognized for my hard work and dedication. LOL
