Benefits, some opportunity for career advancement, my pay rate was grandfathered over from Whitlock.
Cons
Culture and management are toxic. My supervisor made it clear they did not want to retain me during the merger, attempted to fire me without cause or notice mid pandemic because they didn't personally like me, but I stayed on. My complaints to HR and higher management fell on deaf ears. I was a very capable, award winning employee at Whitlock before being pushed out at AVISPL. Ethically, they scam customers, and lie to manipulate their numbers in ways we would never have done at Whitlock. Good riddence.
