      Pros

      Benefits Training Opportunities Career Growth Opportunities Huge Team with lots of different skillsets Large product base, you can literally find a product for just about every requirement. The atmosphere of the offices is very upbeat generally (COVID not withstanding).

      Cons

      It's a really big company, which means it's process driven. Which takes some getting used to if you're coming from a smaller company, and might not be for everyone. Other than that, it runs like most companies, many great things, and some less so.

      They have offices nationwide that all work together, and actively push for growth within the company

      Cons

      The pay seems to be a bit lower than average for some positions

      Pros

      Regionally dominant, opportunity for growth is there. Steady work, and management seems to let onsite techs do their best without micromanaging. The service team is top-notch if you ever need to lean on them.

      Cons

      Benefits. they need to address benefits to help retain top-end talent. PTO and vesting schedule is a little weak. LOTS of middle management in some areas. Health prems and 401k match are also not so great
