5yLots of good feedback here. Thank you for taking the time to share it. While we can’t comment on each item you raised, we believe each is important and encourage you to bring them up to your manager in the upcoming September Employee/Manager syncs. Larger issues like time-tracking and procurement are organizationally necessary as we try to accurately track and bill our time to maintain customer expectations and be good stewards to create a stronger company. We agree that one size does not fit all and have given our offices autonomy in various areas, while trying to maximize the benefits of being the #1 integrator in the industry. It is a balancing act for sure and we appreciate your continued partnership in getting better at it. Thanks again for your thoughts.
