Pros
Transparency and communication by management to our employees is phenomenal. Excellent open door policies, and strong encouragement by management to excel at highest levels, with proper support from the team. Ability to work remotely when needed, and excellent tools to enable video collaboration, instant messaging and proper technology and tools to do the task at hand.
Cons
Sometime doing business with us can be challenging because we are such a large organization with stringent protocols and processes.
