      Pros

      Workplace is not toxic, people are nice to work with. Used to be WFH full time.

      Cons

      Company does not provide any incentive to stay with the company. People have left our team and no action has been taken to add additional employees. As result, the workload has increased significantly. This has been relayed to the management, however, after 3 months, no action has been taken to resolve this issue. And now they are pressuring all employees to come back to office 3 days a week. All these change without reasonable increase in compensation.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
