      Pros

      Great work life balance, respectful and collaborative colleagues. Leadership is fairly stable

      Cons

      A lot of restructuring in the marketing team. Seems to happen every year or so. Being owned by Schneider Electric makes me wonder when they will consolidate, if ever.

      Pros

      Great company culture, people stay here for years, which says a lot about how the company treats its employees (and how employees treat customers). The CEO and execs are clearly passionate about sustainability and helping the industrial sector improve its operations and engineering processes with industrial intelligence. Great products for major industries (power, city/country infrastructure, consumer products...). This is overall a great company to work for.

      No red flags from my end.
