Great company culture. Truly diverse and friendly environment, there is no bureaucracy or hierarchy, you can be who you are and still get alone with people.

There is a lack of organised and competitive mindset, business was run in very old fashion. It almost look like a retiring workplace, guess this is a trade-of of its harmonious atmosphere.
