      Pros

      Truly inclusive creative community surpassed during Covid by management’s refusal to furlough or lay-off anyone, I assume at their own expense. Superior I.T. department makes WFH situation as easy and comfortable as possible.

      Cons

      None to speak of now, especially during Covid.

      • One of the best agencies in the biz • Really cool projects with top studios/streamers • Lunch and dinner are covered daily • No jerks

      Cons

      • Per this business can be very demanding (weekends included) • A bit lacking on work/life balance (again, nature of the beast in entertainment advertising).
