Pros
Great company full of great people. Leadership team continues to guide the company to success as market requirements change. Management team continues to take interest in their employees’ growth while merging employees’ goals with company’s goals/direction. Great employee/family benefits and work-life balance. There isn’t an office in the building where you can’t walk into and strike up a conversation. Everyone is well informed of company status and goals.
Cons
Company has made needed management/process changes to stay competitive and prioritize customers and employees. Individuals unable to adapt with company’s needed changes have weeded or will weed themselves out of the team. Some see this as negative while I think it makes the team stronger as team focused employees are moving their way up to replace these positions.
