They will hire people with little to no experience.
Cons
No pay increases or raises ever, only contribute 3% to retirement “if” they offer it to you, horrible insurance, very low pay, drastic difference between people that were hired before the investors purchased versus people hired after they took over. Management, HR etc are extremely rude and unprofessional as is a lot of the staff.
