The only good thing about this company is the promises they make during joining procedures like offered position and work profile which is to just onboard position.

DONOT JOIN THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE SCAM. I was hired as a Manager for the visa process. But on the 2nd day of my joining chairman of the company informs me don't inform anyone in company that you have been hired as a Manager and not even update my LinkedIn profile. I'm not sure what has company got to do on my social media OR how I introduce myself to people in company. They changed my position on appointment letter despite of Manager position offered on offer letter. After about a week's time, one day the chairman of the company easily informs that we made mistake in opening this position on portal and now we want to cancel it so pls start searching for new jobs. There will be no HR involved in such discussions and the irony is they even faked my on job performance to HR. In my whole career never I have came across such unprofessional company here the chairman thinks he can do anything like favouring his people from old badging i.e. Griffin and the HR here is least bothered about employee's career they have no control over any operations decisions. During my short tenure with this company I got to know company was moving from Parel office to Nahur location and for this they even faked information to their existing employee's and kept them in dark till last moment. Even if you make mistakes as a new joining because you are learning and in the training phase they don't have any learning and development team or certain action plan they will just make their mind and will opt to not follow any employee policies. Don't join such fake companies rather go for any other company where you have job security.
