Micromanagenent Small work station No career growth No professional trainings Less salary hike Few projects dont want to pay properly but then company still wants to have them no matter they loose the employee but they want to keep the client happy even though they don't pay as per market standards. Too much of gossips everybody wants to know what's happening in others personal life. You will only see big figures at the time of joining. No annual day or anniversary functions or events in the company. They don't want to spend money on any employee related activities. HR manager is good but his team members are not they don't do their work but they surely do the gate keeping work near Vice president cabin.
