If you want functioning management, the tools to do your work, appropriate training, any sense of documentation or organization, support for trying to improve anything, I suggest you look elsewhere.
Be prepared to be berated and belittled on a regular basis. Don't think you can complain to HR either, because no one there has been trained for it.
