Pros
Ample parking due to majority of the workforce being let go. Otherwise this company is a nightmare.
Cons
The holding company who runs the company is very VERY top heavy, which feeds on the front line worker's pay and benefits. Several major labor disputes, several lawsuits, and declining work conditions over my entire employment. During the pandemic, corporate leaders took nearly 200% of their pay in bonuses while the front line workers took -30% decrease in pay at the same time. Kim Fields (President) received nearly $2 million in bonuses during the pandemic and she is only one of the several corporate "leaders" who were paid millions while front line workers were asked to take 2 month furloughs and big pay decreases. Corporate has had many new hires (high priced VP level and higher) while the front line has been reduced by 60% and counting. ATI has stated that they plan to reduce costs further "by attrition." And now the board of directors which approves all the corporate bonuses is now headed by the CEO who most benefits from the incompetent board decisions.
