Pros

Big, OK Accounting, OK Salary. The office is not the best.

Cons

I had a very strange project and the team was also unfit for the project. It was the worst project of my career. The team had absolutely no skills for the project. I don't know why they took it. It was a big mess from the start. They delivered nonsense beyond any recognition. It was clear from the beginning for every reasonable person - the project went into disaster. What the team had produced at the first iteration - I would be ashamed to show it to anyone. Newly hired professional guys felt like Achilleses clearing the Augean stables. The most important: I haven't seen a *single* professional manager while being there. All management was literally done through massive guilt assignment, pessimism, shaming and under-the-carpet decisions - even to some professional guys. Some of the managers were just literally crazy. Some of them slept all the time. One was extraordinary unprofessional and it is hard to keep his name undisclosed. Imagine nepotism, authoritarianism, elitism, all sorts of unprofessional behavior. Of course constant late hours. Of course, many people left. It was beyond anything.
