Pros

The job itself is great most of the people are great and the schedule it good too.

Cons

The powers that be in upper management run the group of managers like is was some sort of girl club. The mentally of the management is very much like a preadolescent girl who must have her way at all times and at all cost. The meetings are catty and extremely immature there is no trace of any type of professionalism what so ever, the meetings are degrading and at some times humiliating. Opinions are asked but never well received and quickly dismissed with a smug look or a burst of laughter more often the word "NO" will be spoken before you can finish your sentence. Unless of course you agree with person heading the meeting. There is foul language in the meetings used to describe every aspect of managing. The immaturity levels never ceases to amaze me as how low they can become. At one meeting the resigning managers resignation letter was read aloud to the group of managers and was belittled on each and every item in the letter. I believe the purpose of that reading was to point out what will happen to they if they choose to leave and even human resources can not stop them.

Pros

Resume building, great way into finding other jobs on campus.

Cons

Bad or neglected management. No way to live off “salary” when it’s 20k less than what the market is paying. Expected to work all week & chase days off the following, which again.. the pay?
