      Pros

      It keeps you next to the elder people and it might address you to the job you would like most.

      Cons

      it takes you the best hours of your day and lot of energy as well. But it is bearable!

      Pros

      Working experience with children. Relationships made with co-workers. Depending on your site/school, advancement opportunities (rarely).

      Cons

      The pay rate...only 1 time .50 cent raise, none afterwards for counselors at least. They seem to hire anybody with a clean record, hs diploma and availabilityto work a few hours in the middle of the day 5 days a week. Depending on the site/school, some directors/counselors worth ethnic is crap. It's gotten worse from the time I first started to the time I left...children = $$$, therefore, your opinion doesn't matter or your
