Pros
1) Seniors are very helpful and willing to guide young engineers. 2) Very friendly colleagues. 3) Good salary increment if work performance is good.
Cons
1) Very un-systematic management, with each department team pushing responsibility to one another. 2) Long working hours. 3) Projects are always under tight schedule, always need to work over the weekends. (suitable place for workaholics) 4) Canteen food barely edible. 5) Not a good place to work when starting a family. Most of the time need to forsake family due to project's tight schedule and pressure by management. 6) Remuneration is so-so, whereby other companies are offering better. 7) Very high turn-over rate. 8) When reach Senior level, there is no more bonus and benefits. Most engineers resigned when reach this level.
