      This is not a place for ambitious people, it's a place for sheep. Hate creative thinking, efficiency and 21st-century processes?? Then ASML is the place for you! If you enjoy autonomy and working to better your company - steer clear!

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
