      Pros

      Innovative. I like to overall vibe. If you have the right manager it can be a super place to work. Someone who is a coaching leader and enables and supports you. Who encourages pro activity.

      Cons

      Very political hierarchical organization. Too many layers. No responsibility. Old fashioned conservative management. Do not speak up. Bureaucratic attitude especially in corporate functions. If you don't get the right vibes during job interview don't accept the job.

      Location is good and near freeway, they make a crucial technology for the world to function

      Cons

      Toxic environment. Selective enforcement, antisemitic DEI culture, tattle tale rat snitch employees, managers play favorites, managers move the goal post after you were supposed to earn a salary increase. too many foreigners in management and not enough americans. DEI is a joke and is run by a racist black women. Company will burn you and punish you for problems someoen else created and punish you for it despite no power to fix the issue yourself.
