Pros
- trying to achieve what is physically possible in lithography, if you have a possible solution to an important problem, you get the opportunity to investigate it. - good working conditions good pay in the region. - you will work with the smartest people - new fancy canteen, above dutch mediocre standard. - good unlimited freshly grinded coffee
Cons
- the usual meetings/politics of big companies, but that depends on department. The machine is very complex. - you are working at the front edge of technology, many project do not find the solution that is needed, and are therefore cancelled before the end.
