Great people to work with, professional, helpful and very genuine. Traveling to Conferences is good for experience, exposure and is hard work but can have fun with co-workers. The company health insurance benefits are solid better than most. They have wellness programs and health fairs. Depending on the department growth is possible. Bonuses and Employee recognition can be pushed by your Manager
Cons
Too many reorganizations for particular departments and not enough communication from Upper Management. Training can be a long process if conducted by IT. In regards to time-off policies PTO-Personal time off and Sick days are clumped together. you are allotted 1 or 1.5 days after a year and only 2 days per month after 5 years. Bonuses, Employee recognition are few and far between, HR very critical. This Company's HR Dept. is very supportive of Upper Management.
