FRAUDULENT - Brand Ambassador ASM USA Employee Review

This is company is absolutely deplorable. The reviews listed are fraudulent because they previously had a 2.0 rating as of a few weeks ago. There is an active lawsuit against them for unpaid wages. The lack of leadership displayed by management directly affects the agent’s ability to deliver the service promise to the ASM’s clientele. The decorum and level of unprofessionalism displayed in the office is deplorable. It becomes increasingly difficult for agents to maintain a positive and professional attitude on each and every call. Leadership can not simply set or enforce the standard they have to be the standard. DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY.
