      Pros

      You get to be a part of the live entertainment world and get to work with seasoned vets in the industry. The health insurance is excellent. Unlimited vacation and flexible schedules.

      Cons

      Pay isn't that great for entry levels. They don't value education as much as they do experience. Even with a Masters degree you won't get any pay bumps or increase in salary. You work a lot so better love the industry as it can be extremely demanding depending on the role you have.

      Pros

      McCormick Place? Biggest show in the country! Love the facility, the people there were the best in the industry. ASM Global good to work with, hopefully their focus on technology at the facilities increases!

      Cons

      IT is typically an afterthought with ASM and in the industry at large. Chicago getting more and more dangerous!
