Poor business management as a whole. Never knowing what direction the company wants to go in makes it a nightmare from top down. Inside sales dragged through the mud and large opportunities which. We created were taken away and given to other sales team despite us doing the work. Wouldn’t recommend if getting into a sales job as it is highly unrealistic and you will get treated poorly.

During my 7 years at ASL, I have been given the opportunity to develop my skills and take on various training courses. My manager provides regular feedback and dedicates time to help me grow professionally. The work-life balance is excellent, and the short commute to the head office is a real plus. Overall, it’s been a great experience.

I do not have any cons. I enjoy working for ASL and have done for 7 years.
