Pros
You get a nice company car. Theoretically you have personal growth, perks and possibility to promotions; however in practice those are just promises which are never kept. There is always a reason why you can't be awarded for working overtimes, having happy customers.
Cons
Management (both of them) are ALWAYS late. They preach the values of respect and equality, but can't manage to give the good example. They will, much like banks, be happy to enjoy all the profits when everything works out well, but will collectivize all possible losses on each and every employee taking away perks and even resort to illegal practices. All the while they hire family members, which have zero interesting experience and/or knowledge to the company. If you speak up, you get threatened and bullied. Anonymous emails are send company wide to discredit you. All of this resulted in 1/3 of the work force leaving the company in the time span of a couple of months.
