Great place for playing carroms. If you are talkative, it will be good for you.
Cons
- There is no one to ask about your problems. - No place for hard working people. - Your manager will not come to know whatever you work. - No transparency between employees and top level management. - No learnings. - No team culture. I joined 2 years ago. On the joining day, I got my laptop and everything. On the same day, they gave just few info about the product and next day, started assigning the stories. If you work on a feature, then the bugs will come to you only until you leave the company. - You can't learn anything new since they are using old technologies - If you are absent on a day, your co-workers will never know about it and they don't have a process to keep the co-workers in "CC" of the leave email. - Managers doesn't know anything. You have to beg product team if you get a requirement.
