The company is quite alright for experienced workers.

Cons

1. No respect for the employee as always asking people to take the rep. 2. Though it's a consortium company, decision making is always very last minutes and not professional enough. 3. Management has no knowledge of the trade and always engage people that are not in the profession to be the role that they are not familiar with. 4. Always asking people in the company to take up jobs that not to their capabilities, which saying it's good for them to explore into new ground but in fact using it as an excuse to give bad ratings for their performance.
