Pros

I was a manager for Asea. The company as a whole was good and has great potential

Cons

The production facility and the leaders there only cared about themselves and there own advancements. They would make employees go to their homes and clean and have maintenance go fix things at their homes using company time and company credit cards. The production facility leadership also would not inform employees of anything they did wrong and would just fire them with no feedback. I started looking for other jobs and somehow they found out and fired me before I could put my two weeks in. They never keep promises they make. And they made a lot of promises

Pros

ASEA has some of the best people I've ever seen in all the companies in my career in multiple levels of the company. The management team is very kind, and do their best. They care about the employees, and throw 2 fun company parties a year with a generous gift. ASEA also gives merit increases each year without fail, holiday cash, and when the company meets their goals, pays bonus.

Cons

The company seems to be behind on process flow, how decisions are made, who makes them, and what priorities are for each dept. Company-wide communication could be more timely.
