Unfortunately the senior management are not selected on IQ. There's a culture of not working with the shop floor, and the training is scandalous. When you have shift managers that are clearly out of their depth, and spend more time playing games in the rec area you will always have problems. Moral is really low, only caused by weak management, shame as some good hard workers who care.
