make some great friends and get to know regular customers. yearly wage rise and yearly bonus. opportunity to join sharesave scheme, save from £5 to £250 each pay day for 3 years then get money back plus bonus!
Cons
very money orientated, if they've had a bad week in sales they cut back on wages the following week. don't employ enough staff to run a busy supermarket! they seem to invest in office staff more than frontline staff. run by kids with degrees in anything but management!!
