Pros

You get 1.5 pay on weekends. And 3x on holidays (if you choose to work them). Ability to work from home

Cons

The way people are paid here makes no sense! I've talked with people who have been here 6+ years and make the same as someone who is 2+ years. Ridiculous. Barely anyone received a raise when Covid-19 first started and company made it known they could not do raises . Really?!?! Directors are working from home and using the company MORE and they can't pay us?! Don't like raises every year? great! apply here. Want to never leave your seat right away to run to the bathroom when working from home? Great! Apply here. Want to work your butt off and barely get an personal time and need to use your vacation time.. GREAT apply here. Want to work years and years with the company and not feel appreciated? Great. Apply here...

Pros

Hana was amazing! She so sweet and encouraging. She truly makes learning all the information much more tolerable and reassured us that it’s a process. Team leads are also great!

Quarterly PTO, weekly testing during training you can be fired for if not passed

Remote work opportunity, meaningful service to families, supportive coworkers during training, flexible part-time schedule, company provides equipment and clear procedures.

Cons

Training was heavily lecture-based, very little hands-on practice, information overload, high-stakes exam, no retest opportunity, termination for scoring below 80%, limited engagement, stressful onboarding process.
