Overworked despite working without pay Underappreciated Unprofessional boss (constantly talks about others in a disrespectful or mocking way) Zero transparency Not Flexible The 10 hr week hours you are contracted to work are not enough for the boss; you will be punished for working exactly 10hrs Zero chain of command Heavily disorganized Shady business practices Passive behavior from said boss You cannot afford to have other responsibilities in your daily life because the boss will get mad if you can't make a meeting due to you picking up your sibling at school or having a lecture. Mind you, she rambles through these meetings and easily talks for an hour and a half despite it being an hour meeting.
