-Fast paced environment which doesn't always lead to defined processes. A lot of opportunity to make impact, but may not be for everyone.

The pay and benefits are good

Toxic environment. The hiring process is terrible. If your at least breathing you can be hired. If you were fired numerous times you will be rehired. This is unlike any company I have ever worked for in the past. No where to advance.
