Pros
- You will feel very welcome there
- Good training
- If you're into sales you can really learn a lot
- Paid weekly
- If you can actually sell, you'll make the money they promise
Cons
- The managers over hype the company and themselves. They'll tell you fantastic things to make you stay long enough to practice your tests on friends and family.
- They told my group that customers that we were to present to were interested in the product, and contacted them. When in reality people were given scratch cards and only called for the presentation because they had to in order to get the prize.
- You spend most of your day not being paid waiting in your car for a manager to call you to give you a house
- You will NOT be paid for gas. You need to present to 15 houses to be considered for a partial reimbursement. The problem is, you'll never ever reach that number. Like earlier mentioned you'll be sitting in your car the whole day, and will only be able to do 2 presentations MAX a day unless you work till 11 or later.
- You get paid per presentation. So even though you're out from 1-9, you only get paid for the 2 presentations you do. A presentation is around $18. So for an at minimum 8 hour day you make just over $36 dollars.
- You'll be called a crook, scam artist, and get kicked out of houses. But to be fair this is of essence in being in sales.
NB: They are always hiring because everyone quits.
