      Pros

      friendly and down to earth C level members . One big family. Friendly environment.

      Cons

      1. One mess of an IT team. No documents to refer to, no proper technologies to work on 2. Management is pathetic 3. You are forced to turn on the camera during all the meetings. 4. A weird rule that you can’t work outside EU region for more than 2 weeks

      The management empowers the team to pursue the best technical solutions The work culture is one of the healthiest environments I have worked in It was one of the places where I was given the chance to accomplish so many great things in very little time
