Pros
1. Good company working with very big OEM. 2. Scope to learn lot. 3. Job security for billing resources. 4. You can trust ARi for your job security even though you are in bench, company will not leave the employee very easily, but if you are really bad performed ,its up to you. 5. Reachable managers. 6. You will get chance to work with young and dynamic people, so the total environment will be cool.
Cons
1. Depending only one customer which makes our job into risk sometimes. 2. No much benefits for employee. 3. Salary hike will round to 30, 20, 15,and 10 percent, since your CTC is less.. it won't give big difference. 4. Salary which is given for employees not at all compared to market value. After 3+ yrs of working , 1.2lac has increased on my CTC. 5. On-site opportunity will be less, don't dream for on-site . 6. No appreciation who works hard and put more time deliver the product.
