      Pros

      The company offers a collaborative work culture where team members, Management and BU's are approachable and supportive. There are good learning opportunities, exposure to new technologies, and a decent work–life balance depending on the project.

      Cons

      Like any growing organization, some processes can be improved and decision-making can occasionally take time. Cross-team communication could be more streamlined in certain cases.
